We’re gearing up for week 5 of the Toyota Minor League Cricket Championship! This weekend, The Philadelphians and the Seattle Thunderbolts will be hosting Cricket for the Community days at their home grounds – welcoming existing and new fans of the sport to come out and support their local team.
The Philadelphians’ Cricket for the Community days will have special guests, music, food, free fan gear, raffles, giveaways, fun activities for everyone, players meet & greet, and merch for sale! Admission is FREE. The team will face off against the New Jersey Stallions on Saturday, August 28 at 2 p.m. EST. The Philadelphians will then face off against the Manhattan Yorkers on Sunday, August 29 at 2 p.m. EST. The Cricket for the Community days and both games will be played at the Exton Park Playing Fields in Exton, PA.
The Seattle Thunderbolts’ Cricket for the Community day will be on Saturday, August 28 at Marymoor Park in King County, WA. The event will have sweepstakes and giveaways throughout the day, fun events for kids, and challenges featuring the local stars. The first 300 guests will also receive a Thunderbolts cap! The Thunderbolts and the Socal Lashings will face off against each other at 2 p.m. PST.
